Venture Partner

Throughout my career, my passion has been to reduce inequality by providing access to opportunities.

My early career at Endeavor ignited my passion for entrepreneurship. Witnessing the evolution and development of the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem, particularly in Mexico, I saw the need for capital to fund startups. This led me to transition from the entrepreneur side to the investor side, where I could use venture capital to empower entrepreneurs with greater opportunities. I was part of the founding teams at Nazca Mexico & Colombia, and Redwood Ventures in Guadalajara. Currently, I'm involved with BIVA, the Mexican Stock Exchange, working to increase market liquidity and build a robust market that facilitates successful exits for companies within our portfolio funds.

I thrive on hands-on involvement in driving company growth. I'm constantly motivated to support and empower others by providing them with tools, expanding their horizons, and fostering inspiration. My goal is to bring opportunities closer, instill the belief that anything is possible, and demonstrate that dreams are achievable through determination and hard work.

At Kayyak, as a Venture Partner, I can directly live out my purpose. By enabling and empowering entrepreneurs, I know I'm helping them create accessible products and services, ultimately bridging the gap in inequality. This impact extends beyond Mexico, reaching a regional level. I firmly believe that by reducing inequality, fostering VC investment, and empowering entrepreneurs, we can make a real difference in the region.

Daniela is based out of Mexico City.
